Beliefs And Your Wellbeing

There are many reasons for why you may get ill and whilst you cannot control the effects of macro-events like environmental disasters, planetary transits, eclipses, shock and trauma, you can look at things within your control, such as your beliefs.

 

Beliefs be-your-lie(f) … be your life

Strongly held thoughts become beliefs, which become ingrained patterns that colour your perceptions of life and ultimately determine your attitude and behaviour. Beliefs carry an emotional charge, which generate intense feeling within you. When positive, these beliefs and associated good feelings regenerate and rejuvenate your body. You feel excellent. You are healthy and able to enjoy life. Negative beliefs have a destructive effect, especially when they dominate your thinking over prolonged periods of time. The intense, negative feelings generated eventually damage your health and wellbeing. 

When you become ill in a particular location, it's not your location that's at fault but rather your beliefs. Your location is a vehicle through which these beliefs may be identified. Your awareness of them immediately initiates change in you. A greater level of understanding disengages any intense emotional responses you might have. You engage your intellect and allow solutions and alternative attitudes to surface.
